Since the vast majority of Americans oppose homo marriage, I don’t understand why this would hurt business at Target in the slightest.
It is my understanding that Campbell’s Soups, Google, Yahoo and Paypal have all supported the homosexual cause.
If I am wrong I hope someone will correct me.

To be fair, they don’t allow anyone in front of their stores. If they make an exception for one, apparently, they have to allow everyone.
I find this less onerous than a simple banning of the Army. Although I love the group.
Corporations shouldn’t give to charities and groups outside normal business practices. Corporations should save their money improving products, reinvestment or paying employees more for performance.
Too bad Target is such an awful store or I would have to shop there. I just can’t get away from Walmart. They have everything you need. Target has 1/2 the stuff Walmart does and it seems to be the 1/2 I don’t need or use. However, I wish Target the best. Hopefully some other folks like to shop at Target for the 1/2 that I don’t use.
Anyway, I won’t shop at Home Depot now.
This is the problem with Home Depot and many other stores. I will continue to shop at Home Depot because they are HUGE supporters of the military. To me it is support the military or gay causes????? During a war it has to be the military.
At my place of work we generate a tremendous amount of foot traffic from tourists and out of state travelers.
We utilize the same policy regarding free “newspapers.” Hotel and tourist attraction brochures we accept, but no gay papers, no religious papers, no nightlife, no Onion, nothing with strip clubs, nothing at all. It’s a simple way to keep us focused on selling our product instead of refereeing turf battles in our building or dealing with negotiations for distribution racks.
Although I wish Target could figure out how to get the Salvation Army back, I can also understand their desire to keep the parking lot from looking like a third world swap meet. I’m sure the Salvation Army exception brought 150 other groups that wanted to set up shop in their doorways. It’s been my experience that if you allow one group, you’ll get a dozen more on your doorstep in no time.
Elite liberals don’t shop at down-scale places like Best Buy... what were they thinking?

Now what if I buy a Lady Ga Ga CD at a Target. Is that OK?
