This may be a first subtle step to court the UN into taking more US control. If the UN would support him, he would defer to them over the Constitution - which he calls a “flawed” document.

Yes....though his speach etc. is not a legal document it was very much 'an Obama invitation to the UN' to come on over....and it certainly states his agenda is anti-American. He is hell bent to put the US on a footing with the International push for a one world Government...and null and void our consititution in the process.
