I used to work in addictions..one of their programs was literacy ...and you are so right..the program taught the hispanics to read and write spanish...not english

The saddest thing about this is, the Obamanation DOJ is just following the steps of AG Alberto Gonzales of the Bush administration who sued the Salvation Army because they wanted their employees to speak English.
