Maryland “Freak State” PING!
Looks like there's 3 "doctors" involved. The link is the MD State Board of Physicians. I found it recently when my regular doctor was dropped from my insurance and his office was unexpectedly closed.

Stephen Chase Brigham, MD, is not LICENSED to practice medicine in Maryland, but has been.

Finally, there is the "youngster" of the group -- 88 year old doctor who is partially disabled but apparently performing abortions. His license has been revoked as well.
