So, starting in 2011 what you get as health benefits will be enumerated on your W2, but not taxed. If my W2 lists, say, $12,000, and yours $21,000, so what. Right?

I accept that this isn't yet going to be taxed, but I don't accept that it will not be taxed as income and is placed on the W2 just for information purposes. At some point, anything above a “fair” amount on that line of the form will be taxed. Then, your theoretical $21,000 will show the ‘fair’ $12,000 deducted and the balance added to the money you stole from the masses and must make restitution for.

have a nice day

Fine, but that is NOT what you posted, is it? It is important we make our argument against Obamacare with FACTS. To say that people are going to be in for a huge tax hit next year is flat-out wrong.

IF the 'cadillac' plan tax ever goes into effect, some people MAY get hit with a higher tax bill. That is years away and hopefully will never happen if we can convinve enough people, BASED ON FACTS, to repeal this monster.

“I don’t accept that it will not be taxed as income and is placed on the W2 just for information purposes”

There IS going to be a tax on high-cost health plans starting in 2018, but that tax will be levied on insurance companies, not individuals. http://www.healthcare.gov/center/authorities/section1401_highcostplan.pdf

Of course, like all the other taxes imposed by Obamacare (on insurance companies, medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies), these taxes all ultimately will be passed onto consumers. That way, the sheeple don’t recognize them as taxes and direct their anger at higher costs onto “greedy” for-profit companies in the health sector.
