His enthusiasm is terrific, but his delivery is pathetic: he’s far too reliant on his notes. Winston Churchill used to spend 60 minutes preparing for every minute that he spoke. He was considered one of the great orators of the 20th century despite the lack of any obvious charisma. This guy clearly didn’t invest enough time in preparation.
He needs a teleprompter. :)
Or at least to practice his speech so he doesnt have to keep running back to see what he wrote!
