If she really wanted to be honest, it’s not the restaurants that are responsible for one third of the children’s calories, its the government school lunches.

I’m perfectly capable of ordering a healthy meal for my children, even at McDonald’s. I don’t need MO telling me what to do.

Good observation. We're members of a state wide home schooling group, and now that you mention it, there are no fat kids anywhere. None of the kids are overweight. We gather together state wide every year. You'd think there would be at least one obese kid, but I can't ever recall seeing one.

It’s all form over substance, not well thought out. What’s to keep a customer from ordering 17 healthy, nutritious entrees and eating them all?
