He’s absolutely right. Why win if its just going to be the same ol crap with an R next to it..For what, the sake of saying the Republicans have the majority. If we are going to change things in November let’s change things damn it!
To: Qbert
Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.), who endorsed Tea Party favorite Christine O'Donnell in Delaware's Republican Senate primary, said he's content with the GOP staying in the minority if the party doesn't stand for any principles.

There’s a middle ground between rigid ideological purity and unprincipled pragmatism. This is not a perfect world and sometimes the desire for the perfect may become the ally of the abominable.

I hope he sticks to his guns. I’ll bet the “elitist gop leaders” have been throwing up all day.

Thes reason we lost in 2006 & 8 is because in had become a party of nothing but RINO-sore-asses

Pretty much EXACTLY what I said previously in regards to the whiners about O'Donnell's win being "handed over the State of Delaware to Democrats...she can't win".
He's SPOT ON, in that it has to start HERE, and it has to start NOW, where we take whatever time is necessary to rid ourselves of RINO's and Socialist/Progressive/Democrat/SEIU plants and start getting our Constitution back in force.

DeMint, along with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R), gave O'Donnell momentum with his endorsement. These reporters are such fat heads. Rush Limbaugh spent whole programs educating the republican base to not buy into selling your soul for a republican win. I KNOW this was huge. Levin did the same thing. Demint and Palin together really don't mean squat compared to Rush talking about this in great detail prior to the election. But the reporters are too stupid to acknowledge this.

I have always believed that. The GOP lost the majority because they became democrat light. Down with the RINOs, up with true conservatives. We need the American people to SEE THE DIFFERENCE. NO MATTER THE COST. YES, I SAID IT NO MATTER THE COST. Not since Ronald Reagan have we given the American people a choice.

Castle is not that middle ground.

I dont want the majority back if we dont believe anything" The more I hear from DeMint the more I like him.
McConnell's said he's already locked up the votes to remain leader, and DeMint denied interest on Wednesday in any position.
This is key. McConnell has the position, but doesn't lead anybody. DeMint doesn't have the position, doesn't need the position, because he is leading. Leaders don't have to be annointed, they don't have to be appointed, leaders lead.
