Perps accused are Pedro Leonardo Mascheroni, 75, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Argentina, and Marjorie Roxby Mascheroni, 67, a U.S. citizen. Both were formerly contract employees at Los Alamos. He was laid off in 1988 and sued the lab for discrimination in 1994. In recent years he repeatedly made waves with Congress over lab management and reliability of nuclear weapons.
Sounds like a flake, smart but with a few loose screws and a cold-war like scheme to sell secrets.
