It helps O’Donnell to get the name right.
Also, they know they’re being stupid, they know they’d lose if they got called on it, there’s no doubt about that, so they’re just wildly flinging anything. They are no longer constrained at all by truth or rationality and they’re just hoping that something they do will have some sort of effect.
It’s good going forward because the more that they tell a bizarre nonsense series of weird fictional stories, the more difficult it is to tell something that could be damaging but would be complicated to tell.
