AMEN! I agree that laws designed to protect brains so feeble that the cause their owners to think riding without a helmet is a good idea are pointless. Helmet laws should be repealed but not one dime of taxpayer dollars should go to treating the head injuries of helmetless riders.
Noisy bikers violate the rights of others and should not be permitted to do so.
this is not about loud pipes,
this is about another tax.
it will be challenged and then modified to apply to ALL vehicles on the road. Meaning all muffler repairs will have the same tax added on.
