IIRC, this constitutes Planned Parenthood as an agent for the government and as such, the government is using state supported spies against anyone not for abortion. This part of the article stands out to me as the most shocking activity of our government.

Planned Parenthood is a Nazi program that morphed into a women's rights issue in the 1970’s, but still the same program. Start lining things up and you will find that the Democratic party in this country, and by other names in other countries, is nothing more than the Nazi party of the 1930’s.
