Christianity, if you actually bothered looking deep enough into it, also advocates a need to preserve the environment, but for the fact that it is made to benefit mankind. God created the Earth and the natural resources in it for our benefit. Greed, Lust, Gluttony, Sloth, Pride, Envy, and Wrath all hurt people, and are behind just about every abuse of that which God created for us.
Not sure what you mean, but as a *Christian* I realize what is happening to the world as GOD’s grace will become GOD’s Wrath which will lead to a enviromnent for one rich in all resources to bloom again....
