It shouldn't be a class action lawsuit. Any time someone attempts to subvert an election in this way, particularly when we're talking hundreds of thousands of voters, it should be called TREASON, and should result in a hanging when found guilty.
The People are suffering a grevious injury when our own government is suppressing the vote.
That “hundreds of thousands” you mention is a big deal. When “hundreds of thousands” of people show up on the mall in the District of Corruption, the state run propaganda machine thinks it’s a big deal and it’s all over the boob tube. Here we have “hundreds of thousands” of Americans being disenfranchised by the government’s election machine and it’s no big deal to the sleazebags in the state run “media” complex. Somebody’s @$$ needs to be thrown in jail.
