Just in case anyone's in the mood for a libertarian idiot-fest. Cicero's comment is excellent and I don't feel well enough to do better. Bottom line is this - the official Libertarian Party platform want "gay" anything they want including marriage and in the military, no holds barred porn, dope, open borders, and abortion. So what is that supposedly makes them conservative in some way? Oh, lower taxes and hopefully they want to get rid of the Dept of Education and other unconstitutional departments and agencies. But since they will never garner enough votes to do anything except get Dems won in close elections, they are the enemeis of real Constitutional conservatism. And they prove it with their infantile sloganeering and zero grasp of human nature or what the writings of the founders are really saying.

We got into the marriage question and letting them also go into a fine institution called the military.
Boy was that an eye opener and I hope it is not the official stance of their party.
I asked him if he a daughter could marry her father with their consent.

I then asked what about if a man wanted to marry a goat, his answer yes noting to do with the Govt
I then asked about the military of which I have served.
no problem with cross dressers homosexuals nothing
I asked what about if a homosexual officer liked a new recruit would it happen where that officer never put that recruit on point, gave them a quicker promotion etc, would he have problem with homo parties and homo orgies in public
his answer and I kid you not was nothing to do with Govt in all cases and he has no problem with any of it.
The man was a complete idiot who could only say Govt has nothing to do with it and yet he never has thought about his decisions he has made.
