There is probably large security for the 2 of them and their children if they are taking them, but geeze 800 people is a small convention...but maybe he figures he needs their votes in the 2012 election..

What is it he's supposed to be doing over there in the first place? Improve relations between the U.S. and India? It's definitely not something urgent that calls for spending bundles of our tax money.
Why can't he just send Hillary? Her entourage isn't nearly as large and wouldn't require such a great amount of security.
