After all, voters elected FDR to 4 terms during the great depression.

If it hadn't been for the war I don't think that he would have made it. In 1940 war fears were everywhere and the Dems played on it. IMHO.

The only shock is that CBS is admitting it.

Silly Rabbit....60 Minutes has been shilling for the Clintons since the final gun sounded at Super Bowl XXVI.

they are also trying to feed this narrative that is being used against people like Pat Toomey in PA that traditional Conservative economic policies mean the export of your job to China.

They’re using that out here too.

I blame onerous environmental regulations, crushing taxes and unions for that.

It’s in the DNA around here.

Will never forget during the ‘04 campaign listening to The Michael Reagan Show when he got a call from Pittsburgh. The guy said “I don’t really like John Kerry n’at, but this outsourcing n’stuff is getting SO bad, somebody’s gonna put a stop to it...”

At which point Reagan interrupted and told him that if that was his reason for voting for John Kerry, he had better get another reason, because Kerry was NOT going to end outsourcing.

The whole rest of the hour he took calls from Phoenix, San Diego, Dallas, etc. where callers were saying “Wow...people in Pittsburgh must be really STUPID if they think John Kerry can end outsourcing”. It was embarrassing!

Anyone notice they refer to the CALL Primrose agency? That’s actually The Christian Action Life Line!

Much easier on CBS to say CALL!

I agree that it’s the media.

And the last time I checked, they’re still firmly in the Obama camp.
