Republican Dino Rossi and incumbent Democrat Patty Murray are separated by a single point in the U.S. Senate race in Washington with less than a week until Election Day.

The latest Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Rossi picking up 48% of the vote, while Murray draws support from 47%. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, and two percent (2%) are still undecided. (To see question wording, click here.)

The race remains a Toss-Up in the Rasmussen Reports Election 2010 Senate Balance of Power rankings.

Rossi has pulled back ahead, but it’s well within the margin of error. Washington state conservatives need to mail in their ballots in force and watch the count with an eagle’s eye.

Dino will lose any recount, guaranteed. So he better hustle this weekend to widen that gap.

I think we can also go vote in person at the election hq in each county (in King Co that would be the facility in Tukwila on Marginal Way).

Since my leftleaning mail forwarder did not send me my ballot I will have to drive to Seattle from Reno to cast
my vote. It will be worth it though since I can visit
my favorite sushi bar and pick up some quiche Lorraine to take back to NV.

Glad to see that the Obama, Biden, and FLOTUS visits created a “bump”..... For DINO! LOL!

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. Murray would be only too happy to take a page from Gregoire’s play book.

WASHINGTON VOTERS. The U.S. Post Office DOES NNOT FORWARD the Official Ballot for certain postal customers using the standard mail forwarding services, because the election officials have marked the envelope with the “RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED” mailing instruction on the ballot envelope. We telephoned our county auditor to inquire about the voting ballots being missing in our forwarded mail, and they acknowledged USPS returned the ballots. The county auditor immediately mailed voting ballots to us out of state where we are on vacation.

This is the type of Rasmussen headline that make one realize that Ras is WAY TO sensitive to the Obama state media's opinion.

I suspect his polls are watered down for the Lib Media since that is the Elite media's mantra on these senate races ! . Rossi is ahead in the poll but Ras peddles a TIED headline ? I noticed if the Ras poll shows a dem is ahead then the headline blares that fact .

Don't forget Cantwell's playbook. Hers was the first "fishy" recount outcome.

Go Rossi! As a conservative, I plan to turn in my ballot on November 2nd so the King County rats won’t know how much they need to cheat to steal the election.

Rossi is hitting it hard. I got so many fliers in the mail today, 2 of which included a personal message from Dino himself and another from his wife.
