On a little cheerier note, it looks like Rick Scott has won in Florida. He has a one percent lead with one percent of the vote not counted. Sink refused to concede tonight but Scott said that he won. Of course the uncounted votes are in Palm Beach County, land of the hanging chads, but I don’t see how ALL of the votes could go to her.

Alan West’s win makes a gain of four congressional districts, and we now have more than two thirds of both houses in the state legislature.

how many governorships does that make now?....hoping Dudley can hang on in Portland.....Dudley is a BB player and Portand for all its idiocy is a BB town...
