Too bad buuuut CA is going into the toilet without slowing down. Better to have it in the hands of Brown and Boxer. I suspect Prop 19 won pretty solidly.

Actually, the Brown thing is probably good. CA is broke and he will make it worse. With the GOP controlling the purse strings in DC there should be no bailout for CA..so the state will be forced to face reality. But we will see.

I suspect Prop 19 won pretty solidly.

Shockingly, the last polls before the election showed it going down to defeat. We'll see.

I disagree. Prop 19 is indeed going down.

As written Prop 19 was an over reaching mess ... but it was pro states rights and promised to free up prison space and otherwise free up justice system resources, de-fund gangs, make the National Forests safer for recreation, hurt the cartels and turn millions of otherwise solid citizens from criminals back to being compliant with the law. CA is hosed in so many ways it boggles the mind. Given a choice, the average CA voter seems intent on doing the wrong thing.
