Get conservative attorneys in there to investigate and find any fraud. If any is found, document and demand prosecution.

Wonder what the GOP will do about Nevada? IMO, Reid’s election is proof that Nevada is a cesspool of fraud.

Thanks for the update.

Used to live in SW Washington....did many things in Oregon. Awesome.

• Going into the 2010 elections, Democrats held 60 partisan legislative chambers and Republicans held 36, with a couple of ties.

• It looks like the GOP has picked up an astounding 20 chambers, including both houses in Alabama, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Wisconsin and additional chambers in Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

• In total legislative seats, it is possible that after all the results are posted, Republicans will have won a nationwide majority.

• Republicans haven’t enjoyed this much power in state capitals since the 1920s.

I’m deeply disappointed that we’re still stuck with that arrogant Wu.

Me too. Just stunned that Schrader won. Can not believe that Bruun lost. It makes me sick!

Democrats won 4/5 house seats in Oregon, even though they only got around 51% of the popular congressional vote. Go ahead and addit up yourself:

Maybe the state can get redistricted for the GOP to get 1 or 2 more seats there.

According to the Albany paper...”But roughly one-fourth of the Multnomah County ballots had yet to be counted by 9 a.m. Wednesday, and Kitzhaber was outpacing Dudley by nearly 3-to-1.”

This was when Multnomah had posted 148,000. As of now, 213,000 from Multnomah have been counted and Dudley is up by over 15,000. Over one fourth more have been returned, so I think they are about done. I cautiously call this for Dudley, this is Multnomah county after all.

So am I. I was hoping at least one House seat would flip in Oregon. Still, you have to admit Wu got a real run for his money this time. Just 2 years ago, he ran unopposed.

This sounds like a great time for Republican legislatures to discuss potential constitutional amendments to put the federal government back in order.

Though groups of States are forming blocs right now on different “10th Amendment” issues, if they can build enough momentum by passing resolutions calling for things like the Balanced Budget Amendment(*), there is a good chance that after the elections of 2012, the Republicans could get control of both the senate and the presidency, and there would be a good chance for such amendments to pass.

This would be the quickest and easiest way to get lasting federal reform, get the deficit and debt under control, and rebalance the power of the federal government and the States.

(*) The Balanced Budget Amendment got enough States to resolve to want it, that congress interceded and passed an ordinary law to make it happen, knowing full well that it would not stand up before the Supreme Court. But it sucked the wind out of the BBA movement, so there was never a vote for a constitutional amendment.

Oregon is also a cesspool of fraud.
Republicans had better be watching every vote counted in the Gov race.
It’s amazing how many “people” residing in Oregon have are using a number of aliases and SS #’s.
And the govt. doesn’t catch this????
Even in Florida,116 people were using an 8 year old girl’s social security number and the Feds hadn’t a clue?
It’s time now for term limits and shrinking an inept government.

The Tea Party movement, which will not go away and which will grow even stronger, must organize immediately to recruit volunteers from retired military veterans, retired law enforcement, and retired attorneys to create a task force on voter fraud. We need to have nationwide help with investigating voter fraud, show poll watchers what to look for, go over voter rolls with a microscope, etc. Put the enemies of freedom on notice that we will be looking for voter fraud, investigating voter fraud, and demanding the individuals involved be prosecuted and jailed.

If my ideas seem worthy of consideration, how do we get them implemented???

Get on old car and they let you pump your own. It’s a great feeling, too - almost a guilty pleasure knowing how rotten the government is in Oregon and you get away with this little tiny bit of freedom. Sometimes I let the gas jockey pump it and they can’t believe it.
Or get a motorcycle and pump your own.

Kitzhaber has won after Multnomah completes its counting. Thankfully the house is split, so he can’t just ram whatever he wants through. I won’t be surprised if a sales tax gets through though.

I hope he tries. It will be the kiss of death for him. Oregonians are pretty adamant about no sales tax. I just can't believe this guy was brought back from the dead.

Like Dennis Miller said (because he is from CA) “I feel like the kid at Christmas that got the fuzzy beige sweater with white dickie thingy, while all my friends got a new GI Joe”.

This state SUCKS!!!!!!!

I love Oregon, but too many leftist morons moved into the big cities and have ruined the economy. I think if he tries the sales tax, many more people will wake up and join the revolution.
