Given her support for the Bush version of TARP, the Law of the Sea Treaty and and Cap and Trade, she should be. Support for L.O.S.T. alone should disqualify her as a conservative leader. I do not mind her as a media figure attacking the left, but she is far too inconsistent policy wise to be the political standard bearer for a rejuvenated conservative movement. We can do better.

As for TARP, she was running on a ticket where the candidate on the top of the ticket supported it, so she couldn't exactly come out against it. I also believe she later said it was a mistake.
