You wait until all the votes are counted then see if there are any irregularities then challenge. If all of a sudden Rossi gets 60,000 voes from one area and they have just been counting Seattle he can’t challenge if he concedes!!!

He could un-concede - but then he’s following Gore’s precedent..argh. He already condeded.

Gore conceded to Bush in 2000. He withdrew his concession and challenged Bush after the Florida recount went into play. So, I guess, conceding doesn't have any meaning if it comes from a RAT.

Agreed. It was my understanding that he had conceded. Guess I misunderstood. Fox News was reporting that Patty Murray was returning to the Senate for her 4th term. Will watch closely.

On the whole, I guess it's just my frustration about Washington, Oregon, and California being so out of touch with the rest of the nation.
