It seems no matter where President Obama goes, he continues to be called a "fellow Kenyan" for some strange reason by Kenyan officials.
As reporter Jake Tapper of ABC News notes, "There was an odd little moment with Spice Jet founder Bhupendra Kansagra when President Obama spoke to CEOs Saturday in Mumbai.
MR. KANSAGRA: "Thank you. Welcome, Mr. President, to India. As a fellow Kenyan, I'm very proud to see that you have made --
THE PRESIDENT: "Made something of myself." (Laughter.)
MR. KANSAGRA: -- India as the focus of your drive for exports out of the U.S.
Tapper, who has been critical of reports casting doubt on Obama's birthplace, closed his brief story by stating, "Obviously the president is not a Kenyan. One supposes Mr. Kansagra meant 'of Kenyan ancestry' or something."

LOL!
And he's OBVIOULSY not a Muslim--George Stephanopolous said so.
No wonder the media love him--he is, literally, a creation of theirs.
Obvious only to Jake Tapper ...
Yes . . . or something.
But, Ann Coulter says that it’s foolish to believe he’s not a native born American citizen. There’s simply no credible evidence to support such a wild idea.
So on top of all the documents/records he’s spent millions to keep sealed and far away from the public eye, we can file this ‘fellow Kenyan’ statement under the ‘nothing to see here folks, go back to the sports page’.
“Obviously” not from Kenya, “obviously” not a socialist, “obviously” not a jihadiphile.. ...and he “obviously” doesn’t share any of the racist, anti-American sentiments of his former longtime pastor.
“It seems no matter where President Obama goes, he continues to be called a ‘fellow Kenyan’ for some strange reason by Kenyan officials.”
This is what I don’t get about most conspiracy theories. Same as with people who happen to be half-Jewish, or whatever, but weren’t raised by or near Jews. When are these people “read into” the conspiracy? Who told them? Is it an “open secret” in Kenya? Why would it be?
“Theres simply no credible evidence to support such a wild idea.
So on top of all the documents/records hes spent millions to keep sealed and far away from the public eye”
No matter the pretenses of conspiracy theorists, the absence of evidence is still not itself evidence.
“Thank you. Welcome, Mr. President, to India. As a fellow Kenyan, “
...I guess it takes one to know one.
.....just sayin’
Folks, let’s give it a rest. This issue shows us in a bad light. John Kennedy famously said, “Ich bin ein Berliner.” Nobody accused him of being born in Berlin.
Nice try, but no cigar.
Enough has been written about this subject that I would simply refer you to all that. And then think/believe what you want.
No they sure didn't because he actully said something like "I am a big banana."
By putting the ein in that statement he called himself a donut.
“Enough has been written about this subject that I would simply refer you to all that.”
And I will refer you to the vast majority—conservative and otherwise—of the non-conspiracy world. Unless they’re all weak-willed or in on it, too.
“No they sure didn’t because he actully said something like ‘I am a big banana.’”
No, he said, basically, “I am a citizen of Berlin.” It so happens that Berliners didn’t call themselves Berliners. It also so happens that jelly doughnuts were in some places known as Berliners.
Some people say the proper way to say it would have been “Ich bin Berliner,” the “ein” being an indefinite article that—I don’t know why, really—was somehow improper. It’s been implied since that the use of the indefinite article could imply he wasn’t humna, for instance a jelly doughnut. But he was speaking figuratively, obviously, seeming as how he wasn’t an actual citizen of Berlin.
Much ado about nothing, really. Everyone knew what he meant. It would be as if, in order to announce his affinity for the Bonaparte family, someone was to say “I am a Napoleon.” We’d know he didn’t mean the dessert.
humna = human
“By putting the ein in that statement he called himself a donut”
Not really. It’s not necessarily when you’re speaking figuratively. And Kennedy was not an actual citizen of Berlin, as we all know.
“necessarily” = necessary
