Obama can return to Kenya at any time to reclaim his citizenship.
By scheduling the final approval of the new constitution on Obama’s birthday the Kenyans appear to me to be extending an open invitation to Obama to show up there after he is “done” in DC.
Born in Kenya Aug. 4, 1961 -> Indonesian citizenship -> Mar. 25, 2010 Kenya Parliament states Hussein born in Kenya -> a week later on April Fool’s Day parliament passes new constitution -> the new citizenship referendums adopted on Hussein’s 49th birthday -> reclaim Kenyan citizenship moments before it hits the fan.
Kenya currently has an extradition treaty with the US though that could change at any time. Just something to keep an eye out for though it could change after the fact.
