On second thought, on seeing that the source is from Pastor Manning's “trial” I must decline and conserve my energy.

I consider Pastor Manning to be justifiably and enthusiastically outraged by Obama, but unfamiliar with the requirements for documenting and presenting evidence in a trial.

I'm not a lawyer, but I did prevail in a five-year custody battle for which I had to nearly memorize the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (the green one that year for you TX attorneys who will know what I mean).

Sorry to see your one eye viewpoint after reading all you posted links. Seems a little like arguments from Ms/WKA and others. But still we live in free country so far!!!
