? I read the article but saw no mention of whether shots hit the van or not. I just assumed since the article assured readers the driver was not hit, that the van at least had been hit. Boy, the image of two officers at close range firing so wildly they can't even hit a large vehicle... confidence this does not inspire...
Same here. But you would think they would have mentioned it IF they actually hit the van.
