Mystery Missiles - Why Are We Stuck on Stupid?
AntiMullah ^ | 11/13/10 | Alan Peters

The video below suggests the mystery missile launch was the USA showing Asia/China and Russia our ability to launch Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) from a submarine while OBAMBI is in Asia!

Since when has there been ANY doubt we have the capability to do this? That the USA has submarine launch ability to hit China or to hit Russia!

The first, a Pacific launch was 35 miles off Southern California and headed on a North-East - across America trajectory.

The second, shortly after that, was a first ever Atlantic launch and reportedly went up above New York.

One senior retired Air Force General went on solid, experienced record that this was an unmistakable missile and the directional change used to discredit the thought was usual course correction that missiles do and NOT an aircraft.

So much Media smoke screening by various pundits cannot hide the obvious fire behind their frantic efforts to try to deny the obvious.

The only other logical option would be to posit it was a Russian not Chinese submarine but missile control secrets lost to the Chinese during Clinton's administration points more at their being the launchers.

Advocating it was the USA under orders from Obama is too "tinfoil hat" even for this wacky administration.

IF this was a missle, then

there just might—MIGHT—be a connection between the world economic meeting in Seoul, and the news today that North Korea has or is working on a sub-launched ICBM (perhaps just a simple arrangement in which an ordinary sub tows a launch pad behind it; it may even surface to launch).

I'm in the camp of people who think it was a missile. I heard the pundits float the idea that the US was demonstrating to the world our awesome ability to fire a missile from a sub. Ummmm. We've been able to do that since before I was born. Stupid pundits.

The highest ranking experts I've seen go on record (Ellsworth, McInerny, Janes Defense) all say it's a missile. The people who say it was Hawaii Flight 808 seem to be basically nobodies.

Bottomline: our government is not trustworthy.

Remember, whatever goes up must come down. If these were missiles, where did they come down?

I think it was absolutely a missile launch. If there were a better explanation, don’t you think we’d be hearing it on the MSM? After all there are a number or air traffic control radars in the LA area that would have this track, so folks who work in ATC would know where it came from and other details. Isn’t it odd that no one has popped a few too many beers and picked up the phone to a radio talk show or anything?

And what’s the deal on that helo in some of the video - looks like a dual-rotor helo to me, and that’s not what the TV news crews fly.

Tell me, do you really think that this is an airliner and not a missile launch, as the Jane's expert is calling it and as the former Under Secretary of Defense is calling it???

Good point. Flew across the USA and landed in oceans on the other side. Middle of nowhere. I had wondered myself till I remembered these were (or were supposed to be) long range ICBMs

I am now convinced it was the Chicoms, not the Russians. The Russians enjoy the gamesmanship of taunting our defenses in such a visible mannner, but the missile seemed to be larger than the Bulava and the 3rd Bulava test launch for this year is scheduled to take place from a sub that is supposedly still in port. I originally thought it was just the Russians taunting Obama with a Bulava test, like they did in Oslo last year. Now I believe it was China and it wasn’t a taunt, but a threat.

The “missle launch” has been basically proven to be a jet.
1 the contrail did not disperse as a rocket would have
2 the flame from a rocket motor would have been much brighter.
3 any large missle shows up big time on radar.
4 only the usa has ever bult a curise missile with stealth. Rockets with current material science can’t be stealthy.
5 an aviation enthusiast has already figure out the plane.

I don’t think it could be anything but a missile.
What I question is the trajectory.
Did it fly over the US? If so I say it was either a mistake/inadvertent launch or not a US missile.
I don’t believe we would knowingly test a missile over US territory. I’d bet on it.

“Think about it!”

We would not want to offend the enemy by threatening them over that Missile launch would we?

It was a missle, and unless one of ours cooked off accidently it was someone else's missle.

We have an idiot as commander in chief and the whole world knows it.

It was obviously a Flight 808 from Hawaii headed for the moon.
