The video below suggests the mystery missile launch was the USA showing Asia/China and Russia our ability to launch Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) from a submarine while OBAMBI is in Asia!
Since when has there been ANY doubt we have the capability to do this? That the USA has submarine launch ability to hit China or to hit Russia!
The first, a Pacific launch was 35 miles off Southern California and headed on a North-East - across America trajectory.
The second, shortly after that, was a first ever Atlantic launch and reportedly went up above New York.

Which one was it? Not hard to confirm.
A horizontal contrail is more likely to produce the shadow seen in the picture because it’s length is *in line* with the sun. That provides the density to cast the shadow you see. In order to produce the tight shadow in the picture a missile would have had to be traveling horizontally to the east.
It might help to draw a side view on paper; a round earth, a vertical missile contrail, a horizontal airplane contrail, the setting sun, and the contrail shadow.
And in turn I would suggest you analyze this with a view towards what makes sense. If you are an opponent of the United States why would you advertise your abilities and highlight your opponent's weaknesses? If this was, in fact, what you say it was then the Pentagon now knows that the Chinese can do it and that the west coast is vulnerable. It would stand to reason that they would take steps to prevent it from happening again. So in your scenario the Chinese have just taken a potent military advantage and tossed it right into the dumpster. How much sense does that make?

that contrail would have dispersed nearer to the lower ‘source’ if it was just a plane
it HAD to be rising, and fast, or else the contrail that was minutes old, the lower contrail would have been drifted and dispersed
note the MIDDLE of the contrail is expanded, or it is just changing direction in flight, like a missile would, not a plane
and I have been around planes for years
There was also a UPS plane as I understand it. I looked at the video of this. It doesn’t look like a contrail to me. I don’t know what to think at this point but I won’t blow off an explanation one way or the other.
Yeah, the better evidence is pointing towards the UPS one now it seems. It was certainly one of them.

I am no Obama believer/fan!! I just don't think he has the bureaucratic power to order NORAD into a cover up...CIC or not. Can someone enlighten us on whether the CIC could just order a cover up like this?? Anyhow, something like that would leak (some AF lieutenant would "Tweet" something!)

You should do some more research on this Mick West from Contrails “Science”. Apparently this computer programmer is an “expert” in many other areas and you might want to think again about quoting him as gospel.

I’ve seen a lot of airplane contrail shadows with my own eyes - pointed them out to my kids as they were growing up. They look exactly like the one in the photo I posted.
