I thought I saw just one flame (reflection), shouldn’t it be more than one, up to four, depending on the jet?

At that distance I would think only one reflective blob would be visible despite separate reflections off the fuselage and wings. I watched videos of various rocket launches and there are exhaust flames visible throughout the recorded flights. The early part of the video from the 8th doesn't show any exhaust flame.
