I’m confused by this “affidavit”.
It claims that the votes were already sorted into three groups — votes for Miller, votes for McAdams, and votes for “Write In”. It further claims that this means someone sorted them before they started sorting write-ins, and that somehow this means illegal sorting took place.
Here’s my confusion — shouldn’t they have sorted them on election night, when they were counting the votes for Miller and McAdams? Wouldn’t that have sorted them into the three groups? Why would anybody think this was an “illegal sorting”?
They were to be separated by the Juneau Headquarters and not tampered with by the local clerks.
