Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- In response to a video of a California man's dispute with airport security officials, the Transportation Security Administration said Monday it tries to be sensitive to individuals, but everyone getting on a flight must be screened.

The video, in which software engineer John Tyner refuses an X-ray scan at the San Diego, California, airport, has sparked a debate over screening procedures.

First of all, I am not a drunk and secondly, I’m loyal to my wife. I was just posting what I though COULD happen if someone wore a teeshirt with that graphic on it. I would still like to have one and maybe, others would too. The TSA Nazis are pushing the envelope to see just how far they can go and how much the traveling public will take. It may take a class action lawsuit to reign them in.

Good. I just think TSA is a lot of show, not much go if security is the object. I don't need to fly so I won't. Too bad for the airlines. Too bad for those beach resorts.

Nothing is going to change until we send the Marxist Democrats and their buddies the Muslims back to their caves.

What party gave us the TSA and DHS?

Denial is not just a river in a Muslim country ;)

Neither. Training submissive compliance is the priority.

Indeed. I've been trying to determine the difference between control and conditioning.....tough....

“Why the hell would anyone who loves freedom get on a commercial flight? Sheep to slaughter...”

Uh.. That would be people who have jobs to protect and defend the country and must fly to/from business meetings, military bases, etc. (Not a smart question.)

Put it in foil letters on your underwear. It’ll only show up when they X-ray you.

Actually, ever since we ceded control of the air and socialized the risk of airline safety to the FAA, the government has had control, albeit somewhat invisible. This is an in-your-face expression of raw power with the expectation that the public will submit willingly for "safety."

The one thing the government does not want and will not tolerate is muster of the force most suited to dealing with domestic terrorism: the people as a whole militia. I promise you, should the people get the idea, the terrorists would be out of this country or dead in a matter of months.

Pistole said the agency is "trying to be sensitive to individuals issues and concerns," but added, "the bottom line is, everybody who gets on that flight has been properly screened."

Arrogant POS...

A caller on Levin brought up a very serious question.

What do they do it they are doing a pat down of a female and she is on her period?

Do they assure she is safe or assume the worse?

What about depends? colostomy bags?

“What party gave us the TSA and DHS”

Whatever party it was, they sure did throw constitutional conservatism out the window when they did it.

Would the word RINO mean anything to you?

It’s not that these people have a problem getting screened. They don’t want to be xrayed and don’t want to be sexually assaulted.

Not everyone gets pulled for extended screening. If you get pulled you have no way to say “I’d rather just go through standard screening, thanks”.

Zero tolerance big brother “F#@K YOU AND SHUT UP, IT’S FOR YOUR OWN DAMN GOOD” mentality here.

For those of you who don’t get why it’s a big deal, you probably never will. Just be good little reich citizens.

I like my approach to this problem:

Not standard; DEFINITELY not orthodox, but in the realm of tactics designed to break the system, I think it’d do the trick, or at least get close.

We’ll see what happens when Muslim women show up. If they get away with a head and neck check, as CAIR insists, then that should be the same for everyone else.

If you like being treated like a prisoner in lockdown, by all means, more power to you. You’re already desensitized to letting government treat you like you’re a criminal. They’ve got a great spokesman in you, they can’t buy the kind of PR you’re going to give them. God bless.
