A window into the demented, entitled mind of an illegal alien invader:

“I truly believe that undocumented people who have been paying income taxes, don’t have a criminal record and are willing to pay a fine should be allowed to get into a line to become U.S. citizens,” she said. “Ultimately, I think this goes back to our history. It’s taxation without representation.”

Taxation without representation??? To the extent she paid any taxes (and 99% of illegals evade at least some if not all taxes) she did it willingly and fraudulently after invading our nation.

Could I simply sneak into France, Germany, Mexico or any other country, start working illegally and pay taxes and suddenly have the right to demand citizenship?

Also, she is not seeking to “get in line”, she and the millions of others like her have cut the line, jumping ahead of their more honorable, law-abiding countrymen who respect our laws and our national sovereignty.

At least some good came out of this case.

>>>Colotl’s case has had far reaching implications, sparking a statewide debate that prompted the Georgia Board of Regents last month to ban illegal immigrants from the state’s top public colleges beginning next fall. <<<

...who plans to graduate this spring with a political science major and French minor.

....a federal immigration judge ordered that she be deported after she graduates in the spring, according to her immigration attorney.

Hope there's a McDonald's in her home country so she can quote Shakespeare whilst frenching the fries.

Well guys, she did an interview a few months ago on a local TV station. She was very intelligent, well spoken, and humble. She didn’t scream about her ‘rights’ and she was grateful to be here. She actually came across as someone who’d be an asset to the country.

I’d be glad to exchange any number of America hating, native born liberals for her, or any number of native born welfare recipients sitting on their butts in the projects.

Judge Kathryn Tanksley also required Colotl to serve 20 hours of community service, a year of probation and pay court costs. Colotl’s attorney, Jerome Lee of Hernan, Taylor and Lee, said he would appeal the ruling to the Georgia Court of Appeals, a process that could take six months. Until then, Colotl is out on bond.

Why work on the six month appeal when the judge granted her a free pass to stay with that year of probation. Just workin' the system. It was known the exact time and place this illegal would be but once again ICE is nowhere to be found.

She has broken more than one law. How did she get a Social Security number and card without committing some kind of document fraud? She should be sent home. We are GENEROUSLY allowing her to stay here until she graduates from a university that citizen-taxpayers have provided. She will return to Mexico with an asset — an American education — that not all American kids have. She is set for life down there. These people game the system and then pose as victims. She should be humble and grateful — that she wasn’t immediately deported. Do we really need more citizens who are willing to break the law multiple times and think there should be no consequences? Don’t we have enough of our own home-grown people like that? You get more of what you reward, and you, Steven, are advocating we reward illegal behavior. We either have rule of law, or we don’t, and right now we don’t.

“we find a solution for our broken immigration system.”

Evidently, she has a frog in her pocket, 'cause we, as in illegal trespassers from Mexico, ain't supposed to be finding a solution for anything that has to do with the American immigration system, and she has no right to call it "our" broken system.

Deport her, tell her to do it (immigrate) legally, and I'll have much more respect for her, and she will be able to dump that frog she carries around in her pocket.

I don't give a damn what "they" contribute, I don't give a damn what jobs "they" do that I won't do (as if) and as long as she and her ilk are illegal, they are ILLEGAL.
