But the fully body scanner lobby is also littered with a number of companies vying for the $300 million dollars the government has set aside for this type of technology for airports.
The Washington Examiner has a list of other full body scanner lobbyists including another heavy weight, Tom Blank, with the lobby group Wexler & Walker(pdf) - A lobby group that represents American Science and Engineering (AS&E) another full body scanner manufacturer.Blank was the former Deputy Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration - essentially Blank is lobbying the same federal department where he was boss.”

The Lawsuits are starting. I’m glad if they put a stop to it but at the same time it’s ridiculous that it’s going on and the taxpayers will have to bear the losses.

OK, but just confirm that it is DEEPAK CHOPRA (B), rather than DEEPAK CHOPRA (A), i.e. (B) being the CEO of this company, and not (A) the liberal author/new age guru by the same name, who also probably contributes to Dems.

Next step is to check the Washington Post White House State Dinner guest logs and see if he is on the State Dinner for Manmohan Singh in Washington (the ones the Salahi's crashed), a few months back. Thing is to connect this firm as strongly as possible to the Obama Administration, particularly through money flows. It is a longshot, but it is an interesting path...who knows what will be uncovered.
There is a “Deepak Chopra” along with a Mrs. Rita Chopra and a Ms. Rohini Chopra as official guests at the 2009 White House State Dinner for Singh, but I am almost certain that this “Chopra” is not the Rapiscan CEO but rather the new age author......
