Unholy alliance. TSA now partnering with local law enforcement to detain and fine and possibly arrest anyone refusing to be scanned or groped and then deciding to leave the airport.

If you don’t get on the plane, you aren’t a threat. Once you leave the line, TSA’s jurisdiction over you ceases, because you’re not an airline passenger any more.

Just another tax, you are now taxed for not using a service.
The next thing you know, the airlines will start to have problems, the government will take them over and mandate everyone fly twice a year. If you don’t fly, you are taxed the cost of two round trip tickets.

Democrat dominated government out of control. Who’d a thunk it!?
Keep it up TSA, and you will all be out of jobs soon. American public won’t put up with the attitude, much less the threat of ill health due radiation, nor the indignity of being felt up by strangers of dubious background.
WE AREN’T GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE.

The only thing they will understand is loss of revenue. The folks flying have to make a stand or it will only get worse. Just like health care, wait until the “waivers” start. It will just be Joe middle class, white, Christian, getting groped.

It's time for Mr. Boehner and the new Congress to de-find Air Force One and Marine One and let the ONE go through airport security like the "little people" have to do.
Also, I'm wondering where the Tea Party Movement is now...have they "disbanded" since we won the elections? Why isn't there about 100,000 TPM members standing in front of the capitol raising hell about this onset of fascism...once the camel gets his nose in the tent, the rest of him will soon follow.
If they are allowed to get away with this, it will embolden them to try it in all other aspects of our society and then we have - poof - NAZI Germany...a DICTATORSHIP.
Americans...we do NOT know how to NOT be free...but we do know how to fight for our freedom.
Cause and uproar, it works, it has before. Burn those phone lines up.

Since TSA personnel are not law enforcement officers, and therefore TSA not having proper credentials to act as law enforcement officers, including proper pat-down procedures, one would have to believe TSA personnel would be less professional during their sessions of dealing with the public. This is not to say ALL law enforcement officers are professionals and ethical in ALL of their procedures. To trust a TSA person verses a law enforcement officer, I would choose the later. I recognize Homeland Security considers TSA fully trained personnel. Yet if the truth be told, the TSA ranks is filled with persons of less reputable character, whose purpose could be less than ethical than professional law enforcement...imho
This is the problem as I see it. The solution would be to subject everyone (and I do mean everyone) to the same standards. At this point many persons are being given special treatment.
Would the above paragraph solve the problem. My answer is no. Treating everyone the same still creates problems. My belief is that many are witnessing special treatment given to certain groups of persons. Americans only want to be treated equally under the law(s) is what looks to be taking place. This is my opinion only.
Freedom isn't free. When certain groups of people are treated differently, other people notice. Equality is thrown out the window, with the baby still in the bathwater. Equality, under the law, means to me, ALL being treated the same, and none being given special rights, as is the current state of affairs. Janet N. are you ready to subject yourself to the pat-downs, every-time you fly? If not, then why should anyone else?

Fine. We need to take all of these gestapo style tactics and wrap them around the democrat party and
obama from now until 2012. Every single incident and freedom smashing law needs to be attributed to
the scumbags running this country into the ground.
Start yesterday.

A modest request: I am not traveling this Thanksgiving, I am playing hostess. I think it would be interesting if all Freepers who ARE traveling would report, after they return home, whether they saw any Muzlims being scanned or body-searched while they were at the airport. I have not been able to find a definitive statement from the government saying that Muzlims are, or are not, exempt from what everyone else has to put up with. I would like to know what is actually occurring. Please email me with your observations and experiences, and I will compile a report for our forum. I plan to ask my family members who are traveling here what their experiences are, and will include that info. Please freep-mail me with your stories. Thanks.
