I keep hearing what a RHINO Rick Perry is but it almost seems like he has had a sincere change of heart. He has gone to the trouble to write that new book “Fed Up” and he is definitely talking the talk. If he can walk the walk I would take a serious look at him in 2012. You have to admit he looks like a President. Its been a long time since we had that in the Oval Office.
Long time = approx. 2 years. Bush sure as heck looked the part, and much of the time displayed Presidential character.
My comment on Rick Perry is that he might not be the ideal we Conservatives want, but has the "TX ranch ruggedness" of Bush, the good looks of Mitt - just might be beter than either.....and, more importantly, Electable.
But there a lot of other pretty good choices out there...we will know in about a year how it's shaking out. Rove said that its is unusual for there to be no clear front runner for the RePubbie nomination at this point in Presidental nomination cycle. No one has a clear advantage according tgo the polls.
Are you kidding? Perry would get killed by Obama.
