Heck, pilots are also human and might snap, let's just ground the entire fleet.
The question is one of reasonableness. It is NOT reasonable to strip search anyone unless there is probable cause. Just showing up for a flight should not be viewed as an act of guilt and generate suspicion. . .unless you are muslim, of course.
