NK’s artillery can take out much of Seoul in a day. If you think China is going to allow that then keep dreaming. The Chinese are about $$$ and power. Business between SK and China is too good to screw things up. Chin and SK are getting rich - they “ain’t” gonna let NK screw that up. NK wants a few billion under the table from SK.
