One such warrant, issued in June is at:

Interesting that some of the firms who have had their domain names seized are registered to companies in China.

One byproduct will be that there will be less support for the US to continue to be the registrar for the world.

Further to note, that the firms were apparently not given a chance to respond before their domain names were seized.

Why is Homeland Security ICE the primary agency for this?

I read the warrant and have a very basic understanding. My question is what will keep the site owners from setting up shop somewhere else?
