The Imam who runs the place was busted for residual TNT in his brief case but they could not make charges stick. A bomb sniffing dog might find the building was one big brief case.
Whatever was in there is now toast. Very convenient.

Yours sounds like the most likely explanation. Destroy any evidence in the files, and the media will sound the alarm of “retribution” and vigilantism.
The media is truly working against us in the USA.
