A preemptive strike may not be viable, but they SHOULD have tac nukes in the tubes of 175s, pre-aimed to take out the the massed arty just over the Z from Seoul. Unfortunately, the South has eschewed Atomic Weapons. But just having them, there, and letting the Norks know, could save their Seoul.
They wouldn’t even have to tell their own leftists.
All I see is a lot of people on the web with the slant of walking away from South Korea.
Let them handle their own problem. They were too weak to end a war and this is the harvest of poisoned fruit.
Wind today is from the ESE. Using nukes just North of the DMZ will irradiate the northern SK islands and a portion of the NW corner of the country. Much better than if it were a north wind.
