My favorite story on that general subject was from about a year ago stating that the Premier of one of Canada's provinces...which is the equivalent of our state Governors....needed heart surgery and decided *not* to go to Montreal,Toronto,Ottawa or Vancouver...or to the UK (or Cuba) to have it done.
