“It will be interesting to see if any of the newly-elected Tea Party Republicans will introduce a resolution to impeach the judge for his tyrannical misconception of the Constitution.”

If you want to kill the Tea Party Movement, that would be a great way to begin. Just move to impeach a federal judge because you don’t like a judgment he rendered.

Just because you like your chains doesn’t mean they aren’t chains.

It’s not a matter of impeachment because “I don’t like a judgment”. It is a matter of getting a judiciary that has a conception of the Constitution that is consistent with the continued existence of the country as a Free Republic. Any judge who believes that the federal government can regulate anything that might affect commerce is unfit for the bench, because he believes there are no limitations to federal power whatsoever, which destroys the entire design of the Constitution. If you understand what the Founders were trying to achieve, you would see this as treason to their objectives.
