If all of the conversations, memo’s etc were, in fact, released there would be no need for an official audit.
Yes there would because you would have to have an audit to validate it is real, validate it is complete, and get legally obtained information to make legal moves against the feds. Illegally obtained documents just hurt those who obtain them. Look at all the WikiLeaks to date.. the only people who are really in trouble are those who took part in the leaks. Even the subject of the leaks just blow them off.
