He never fails to display his arrogance and stupidity when off-prompter.

The strange thing is I saw the Keyes-Obama debates when Obama was running for the US Senate. Obama may be the only person to have ever beaten Keyes in a debate, albeit not on substance, but on style points. As in the Kennedy/Nixon debate, Obama was "cool" and Keyes was "hot."

Obama answered policy questions with non-answer truisms, but he did so by speaking slowly, in a low, soothing voice, which had a hypnotic effect on the studio audience.

He seems rattled these days. And I think people are beginning to "get" his schtick.

It's far far worse than that.

He just told the whole world that all they need to do to get us to buckle is take some hostages AND HURT THEM.
