Well, living as close as I do to FT Hood, I would say we have already had enough, to say nothing of 9/11.

I regret not noting what I was thinking when I posted. I certainly remember 9/11, the Fort Hood massacre, and the U.S. Cole bombing. I should have noted those.

I was thinking of the immediate past and how our law enforcement guys are working overtime trying to keep these animals from striking again. Witness the POS who tried to bomb a Christmas shopping area in Washington State within the past few weeks.

This is a common misconception. Very few people know that Vilks made three drawings: One of Muhammed, one of Jahve and one of Jesus (as an elephant as I recall it).

The christians and the jews reacted with more or less a shrug. They are used to satire and freedom of speech. The only ones who protested were some moslems.

Vilks’ drawings are nothing but an excuse. It is democracy, a secular society and freedom of speech that is so provocing to the fanatics that blow bombs. In the Stockholm case we had a very fortunate outcome: No one innocent was hurt.
