An apparition of the Virgin Mary has been spotted by residents of a rough Texan city - and they believe it is a sign for them to mend their ways.

New Braunfels has a population of just over 50,000 and is notorious for its high unemployment levels, poverty and crime.

But the sighting of Mary has raised spirits and renewed the sense of hope, just before Christmas.

Well do not let CAIR or the ACLU find out about this. They will surely protest it.

I love that place. It was settled by Germans and they have the BEST sausage and smoked meat and bier gardens and wonderful Wurstfest every year. It should be against the law to drive from Austin to San Antonio without stopping there.

Uhhhhh.. it doesn’t look like the Virgin Mary to me and I have seen a lot of statutes of her.

As a matter of fact, it doesn’t look like an image at all.

Stier Scheiße.

New Braunfels is a nice upscale community. It is NOT notorious for its high unemployment levels, poverty and crime.

The German heritage is still very evident here and it is one of the finest places on earth.

When a town looks to apparitions on a building for guidance the town will necessarily be notorious for high unemployment levels, poverty and crime.
