All legislation is legislating morality. The only question is are wee going to legislate the morality of traditional Christian America or that of Hustler. To date Hustler is winning hands down.

The upper house of the Swiss Parliament is considering a bill to do away with laws against incest, as long as both partners are consenting adults.

I do not approve. I would like to see porno criminalized, starting with production and distribution. Making porno is

What consenting adults do is their own business. After your criminalization of production and distribution of porno as prostitution comes guns as causing murder, meat as cruelty to animals, tobacco/alcohol as causing health issues, CO2 as killing the planet, etc, etc, etc.
