You are right. They can control their behavior - their desire for deviant behavior and lusts of the flesh and their need for everyone to bow and bless their behavior is stronger than the will to control their own behavior.
And the wusses of the world are more than happy to protect the homosexuals deviant evil behavior. In the days of Sodom and Gomorrah - they would have been destroyed right along with them.
