I doubt it. He plead guilty to the main charge. Kind of ends any appeal right or right to have reviewed unless he entered the plea under duress and i bet there will be no evidence left by the time the usurper’s usurpation is finally revealed.

I wasn’t referring to Lakin making a pleading. Instead I was posing the possibility that a future president who even as today is CinC and et al would revisit the matter and see a miscarriage of justice based on and implicating a fraudulent president at the time. The CinC can certainly overrule his underlings as much as the court martial and jury acted on Lakin. Lakin’s actions and penalties as noted would still be historical facts but possibly redeemed by a true USA president.
